This Professional Induction Plus Fryer has a capacity of 8 L. Perfectly suited for professional use, it ensures an ideal and constant temperature thanks to the performance of the induction. Made of stainless steel, it is easy to clean. It also includes a drain valve for easy grease disposal.

With dimensions L 290 x D 565 x H 415 mm, this countertop fryer is ready to be plugged in. It includes a basket with dimensions L 190 x D 230 x H 145 mm with a capacity of 5.5 L, as well as a 8 L tank with dimensions L 238 x D 300 x H 205 mm.

Ideal for professionals in the catering industry, it is equipped with a safety thermostat and a control light indicator for heating and keeping warm. It also has knob controls and an on/off switch. Its temperature range is from 60 °C to 190 °C. You will be able to make delicious crispy on the outside and tender on the inside fried foods.
