Steam Combi Oven - 6 x GN 1/1

Ideal for catering professionals, this Steam Combi Oven is compact and therefore perfectly suited for small kitchens. It is made of 18/10 stainless steel, a durable material that makes it very robust and allows it to withstand intensive use in any commercial kitchen. It measures 519 x 865 x 792 mm. It has 6 horizontal levels with a distance of 60 mm between each level. Its temperature range extends from 50°C to 300°C.

The intuitive digital control with grid control function and good air circulation allow for steaming or normal cooking in GN containers in 1/1 GN size. The time can be set from 0 to 599 minutes. LED display for humidification, delta-T cooking, cooking phases, core temperature, fan speed, program, temperature, and time.

This steam combi oven has the following functions: ventilated air, steam cooking, combined steam cooking, low-temperature cooking, Delta-T cooking, fan rotation reversal, direct steam production by injection.

Supplied with 1 GN 1/1 grid, 1 GN 1/1 tray, 1 PVC drain hose, 1 spare air filter, and 1 water inlet hose.
