This Manual Professional Convection Oven is ideal for catering professionals. It features an adjustable temperature range from 50°C to 270°C. Suitable for snacks and food trucks, it is equipped with 4 levels that can accommodate 600 x 400 type trays.

Furthermore, it includes two motors without a reverser, a halogen bulb lamp, and a double-glazed door. Its manual control panel is both intuitive and easy to use. Finally, it is equipped with a timer cooking system.
