Pizza Oven - 2 Chambers - 400 V

Ideal for catering professionals, this 2-Chamber Pizza Oven will allow you to bake products using a traditional refractory clay stone, with separate adjustable upper and lower heat. It has 2 chambers with a cooking dimension of L 680 x D 840 x H 160 mm. The entry height is 140 mm and the maximum temperature is 300°C. Made entirely of stainless steel.

It is equipped with an external steam box with a power of 3000 watts. 6 cooking phases with cooking phase parameters such as cooking time, humidity intensity, upper and lower heat, position of the exhaust hood, and preheating. You can set the duration from 1 to 99 minutes and manually extend the cooking time. With LED lighting.

You can operate the oven using a touch button. 7-inch LCD display screen showing date and time, programs, and timer settings. You can also import programs from other devices or copy all menu settings through its USB port.
